They are loud and make the beds extremely hot and sweaty. I am staying at another property and after a long day of travel we went to bed to find all the mattresses had terrible plastic covers on them.

First off I am an owner and host of multiple properties so I understand the realities of hosting but focus on giving guests a great experience.
